End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License
Paranoid Qrypto™ ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Paranoid Qrypto™ application ("App") for personal use only.
"Personal use" is defined as:
- Individual, non-commercial usage
- Single user per license (can be used on multiple personal devices)
- Private, non-business data encryption
- Home or personal device usage
- No sharing of encrypted data for profit
- No integration into commercial systems or services
- No use in organizational or enterprise environments
Important Note:
For users intending to utilize the software in a business or enterprise context, it is mandatory to purchase the correct license version through our website, https://paranoidqrypto.com. Please note that these business and enterprise licenses may or may not be available at this time.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Redistribute or resell the App.
- Rename the App or pass it off as your own.
- Use the App for commercial purposes or profit.
- Steal or use the intellectual property of Paranoid Qrypto™, including the underlying code and ideas behind the App.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." Paranoid Qrypto™ makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App. You acknowledge that you use the App at your own risk.
4. Limitations of Liability
Paranoid Qrypto™ shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
- Data loss due to improper storage or handling of backups.
- Financial loss resulting from the use or misuse of the App.
- Any unauthorized access to your account or data.
You understand that if you fail to properly store your backups, you will not be able to recover lost data in any way. Paranoid Qrypto™ will not be responsible for any damages incurred and does not offer refunds under any circumstances. You acknowledge that our entity does not take responsibility for any losses, damages, or issues arising from user negligence or errors in managing passwords or QR codes. Responsibility for any consequences resulting from these actions lies 100% with you, the user.
Additional User Responsibilities:
4.1. Self-Custody Responsibility
By using our service, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for the management of your passwords, encryption keys, passphrases, and any associated data. You understand that:
No Recovery Options: We do not have the ability to recover passwords, encryption keys, passphrases, or any data. All information is stored offline and in a self-custody manner. Once lost, access to your assets is irretrievable.
Complete Responsibility: You accept that any loss or damages resulting from the management of your passwords or keys is solely your responsibility. We do not accept any liability for such losses.
4.2. Air-Gapped Offline Security
Our systems are designed to be air-gapped and Offline, meaning they are completely isolated from online networks. This enhances security but also places the onus on you to: Maintain Security: Ensure that your air-gapped environment is secure and properly maintained. Any failure to do so may result in irreversible loss of access to your data and assets.
4.3. QR Code Verification
We strongly advise you to test all QR codes associated with your transactions before proceeding further. This includes:
Testing for Errors: Verify that there are no mistakes made during the encryption process, such as incorrect passwords or misconfigured QR codes.
Recover Before Destruction: Ensure that you can recover the original data before it is permanently destroyed. Testing QR codes beforehand can help prevent irreversible loss.
5. Support and Maintenance
Paranoid Qrypto™ does not provide customer support for the App. Users are encouraged to refer to the extensive user manual and online tutorials available on our website for assistance. Updates to the App are not planned but may occur at Paranoid Qrypto™'s discretion.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York County, New York.

8. Corrections and Disclaimer
Paranoid Qrypto™ reserves the right to correct any typographical, clerical, or other errors in the App and Agreement documents without liability. Such corrections do not constitute material changes to these terms. The App and all documentation are provided "as is," including potential typographical errors or technical inaccuracies.
Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Paranoid Qrypto™ application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Payment Method
The only accepted payment method is cryptocurrency, specifically those listed on our website at https://paranoidqrypto.com. If any listed currency ceases to exist or if payment cannot be verified through blockchain technology, you will (possibly) not be able to redownload the App.
3. Account Management
To create an account, you must provide a cryptocurrency address along with a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered. Upon account creation, you will receive a key that you must save for potential account recovery; this key is essential for account recovery in case you forget your password.
4. Modification of Terms
Paranoid Qrypto™ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, including but not limited to changes in governing law, user obligations, and service availability. Users will be notified of significant changes via announcements on our website https://paranoidqrypto.com or social media and are encouraged to regularly review these channels for updates. Modifications will take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the app after any modifications are made, users agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
5. Supersession of Previous Terms
These modified Terms shall supersede and replace any prior agreements or terms, whether written or oral, including those related to previous purchases of the app. All users, independent of prior purchase or agreement, will be subject solely to the most current version of these Terms.
6. User Responsibility
Users are encouraged to regularly check the Paranoid Qrypto™ website for any updates to these Terms, as notifications will not be provided directly through the app.

Privacy Policy

Paranoid Qrypto™ does not collect personal data from users beyond what is necessary for account creation. The only information required is a cryptocurrency address along with a username and password. We do not ask for or require your email address; thus, we will never directly contact you. Users are encouraged to review our privacy policy regularly for any updates. Additionally, we advise users to create a unique username and password and not to reuse these credentials across different accounts or services, including those used to purchase the app, to enhance security.
2. Data Usage
The cryptocurrency address, username, and password provided by users will be used exclusively by Paranoid Qrypto™ for account management purposes. Paranoid Qrypto™ does not share, sell, or rent this information to third parties.
3. Data Security

6. Important Security Reminder
Do not use the username and password you created for your Paranoid Qrypto™ account on any other accounts or services.
Version-Specific Encryption Compatibility:
Files encrypted with the Essential version can ONLY be decrypted using the Essential version
Files encrypted with the Advanced version can ONLY be decrypted using the Advanced version
Files encrypted with the Ultimate version can ONLY be decrypted using the Ultimate version
Attempting to decrypt with a different version will result in possible data corruption and permanent data loss and or failed attempt.

Proprietary Code Notice
The implementation of Shamir's Secret Sharing code within the Paranoid Qrypto™ application is proprietary intellectual property developed by Encrypted data and Paranoid Qrypto™.
This code does not utilize any foreign libraries and remains protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
The overall idea and functionality of the Paranoid Qrypto™ application are proprietary intellectual property developed by Encrypted data and Paranoid Qrypto™, excluding any components derived from open-source libraries listed above.
